In 2016, Scott founded the firm because he discovered a need: Sound, personalized, and customized advice in navigating the opaque, confusing world of financial planning. Before Pharos Wealth Management, he worked as a tenured Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor at a boutique wealth management firm in Marin County, a country in the San Francisco Bay Area.
